Here are a few photos from Friday’s fairtrade trip to Sainsburys. We went on a hunt for fairtrade items. We drew pictures and wrote labels on our clipboards of all the fairtrade items that we found and then finally we had our own fairtrade cafe with a fairtrade banana and a drink. Thank you to Katie for coming along as our parent helper and also to Sainsburys for having us!
Here are a few photos from Thursday’s fairtrade trip to Sainsburys. We went on a hunt for fairtrade items and Lana remembered that “the farmer gets good money” when it is fairtrade. The shoppers we met were very impressed with our reading when we were reading the labels on the shelves, great sounding out reception. We drew pictures and wrote labels on our clipboards of all the fairtrade items that we found and then finally we had our own fairtrade cafe with a fairtrade banana and a drink.
